Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Jeff grew up in a dental family and has always focused on the business side of dentistry throughout his career. A graduate of the University of Memphis, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Union University. After working for twelve years at Henry Schein Dental, Jeff joined forces with Dr. Mefford and Dr. Clayton to oversee the business operations of Bellano Dental Health.
A father of five children, Jeff coaches his kids’ basketball and soccer teams. He and his wife, Corinne, volunteer at Holy Rosary Catholic School and are members of St. Peter Catholic Church.

Dr. Clayton earned his degree in liberal arts from the University of Mississippi in Oxford before continuing his studies at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and participated in numerous dental research studies. He served as president of the Student Government and the American Student Dental Association and was a UT Honor Council Representative. Dr. Clayton continues to work closely with nationally recognized cosmetic dentists and hone his skills by attending lectures on modern dentistry.
A native of Meridian, MS, Dr. Clayton and his wife, Wendy, are the proud parents of two children, Emma and Alex, and are members of the Harvest Church. He likes to spend his leisure time golfing, running, traveling out west, and watching his kids’ sports games.
Dr. Drew Mefford

Dr. Mefford received his liberal arts degree from Georgetown College, KY, before graduating with high distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. During his studies, he was awarded the International College of Dentists Outstanding Achievement and Leadership Award and was selected as an Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honorary Society member. His dedication to providing quality general and cosmetic dentistry ensures his patients receive optimal care for healthy, bright smiles.
Dr. Mefford and his wife, Amanda, are the proud parents of Wilson, Dorothy, Jack, and Max and are members of the Faith Baptist Church in Bartlett. A sports enthusiast, Dr. Mefford enjoys golf and cheering on the Grizzlies.
